Jacek Yerka

Jacek Yerka

This is the type of shit that inspires me whenever I open Adobe Photoshop CS3. Simply amazing and it’s even more amazing that Jacek Yerkas paintings are acrylic on canvas and carefully rendered, using images from his childhood, including his grandmother’s kitchen. He also includes odd beasts and whimsical landscapes. He comments, “For me, the 1950s were a kind of Golden Age … If I were, for instance, to paint a computer, it would definitely have a pre-war aesthetic to it.”

Dead Fantasy 2

Being the Video Game and Anime fan that I am I’m always interested in anything with intense fight scenes and great concepts. I mean I’m the guy spending hours watching Naruto Shippuden subbed in English just to catch up on who’s battling who. Anyway here’s Monty Oums latest addition to the Dead Fantasy series. In case you have no clue what I’m talking about Dead Fantasy is an EPIC battle between the girls from Dead or Alive and Final Fantasy. Check it out, I promise it wont disappoint.

Vote!!!

Tomorrow is November 4th and a lot of democrats have the strange misconception that EVERYONE is on the Obama wagon so they don’t feel the need to vote. Just remember that no matter how long the line is or how long you have to wait stick it out and cast your vote. Because McLame is a douche and Palin is just a hockey mom from Alaska. Anyway here’s a cool piece of art I found floating around the net, unfortunately the author is unknown at the present time.

Vote, Vote, Vote!!!

Jay-Z: He Came. He Saw. He Conquered

Mitch is going to kill me for posting media that has been featured or blogged about on other places but this 51 min video is outstanding. I was on a great blog TCJ and I noticed they had this video posted, I watched it and immediately felt inspired by this mans story. I have always been a Jigga fan and this salitifies why he is still the greatest rapper of all time.

From WSHH:
BBC reports “Over the last six months Alan has been with Jay-Z through key moments in his career, including the media frenzy and build up to his triumphant headline gig at Glastonbury. Jay-Z gives us an exclusive insight into his world, with backstage access to his concerts in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and New York, where Alan rubs shoulders with the stars and meets some of Jay-Z’s friends including Chris Martin and P.Diddy. Alan also uncovers the source and inspiration of Jay-Z’s music, from his misspent youth hustling on the streets of Brooklyn, to his meteoric rise to success – not only has Jay-Z sold an estimated fifty million albums worldwide, he’s also become responsible for a multi-million dollar business empire, and is listed along with his partner Beyonce Knowles as one of the most powerful celebrity couples in the world.”

Katt Williams dies in plane crash…or maybe not- This Bandini S@#T

So i get this random as Text saying Katt Williams died, I’m like oh shit maybe its real but why would people send it in a forwarded text message? I mean travis just went through it with the other plane crash. Man I tell you what, stop sending me these bandini ass text messages about random non-sense and as a matter of fact, Don’t forward me shit unless its about a party or getting paid. SMH…

A hot rumor today has comedian, rapper, and actor Katt Williams being killed in a plane crash.

The rumor seems to have started with a viral text message saying Williams died at 4 am on November 1, 2008, and forwarded on from there.

At the time of writing, there has been no official confirmation or denial of the rumor, and his Wikipedia entry includes the line “Although no official word has been released, it seems to have been a hoax or a publicity stunt.”

Given the number of people on Yahoo Answers that are claiming to have received the text message, it sounds like a 4chan or similar stunt at this stage. We’ll update the post if we hear anything.

If it was true then it would be every where , stop with the BS.
